Incredible. When the MC called the old Wal-Mart to see if they stocked glass Ball jars and brass lids for canning preserves, a female telephone clerk asked, "What are those?" The MC had better luck at the new Wal-Mart on Clark Boulevard when a male clerk affirmed not only that they were in stock and plentiful, but also which entrance to use and which aisle to walk to.
