Ana Ochoa & Company joins Coldwell Banker network
Ana Ochoa & Company has joined forces with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in an affiliation that will be known as Coldwell Banker Ana Ochoa & Company.
Ana Ochoa & Company, founded in 1992 by broker and president Ana N. Ochoa, has been a Laredo real estate market leader for the past several years, and in 2003 was number one in reported sales to the MLS by the Laredo Board of Realtors.
The affiliation will allow Ochoa & Company the resources and technology of Coldwell Banker's rapidly growing system that globally includes more than 3,000 residential real estate offices.

The company has 11 full-time sales associates including Diane Macdonald, Dora Loera, Laura Kalisz, Jay Dickey, Jimena True, Joey Ferguson, Terry Palacios Smith, Triunfo Gonzalez, Valentin Galvan, and Jenny Dunn. The company is managed by Elizabeth O'Conor, and Cecilia Barrera is the appointment coordinator. The company recently moved to its new location in Plantation Square at 7917 McPherson Rd., Suite 201 .
Ochoa, a native of Havana , Cuba , has lived in Laredo for over 40 years. She has served as president of the Laredo Board of Realtors and currently serves on the advisory board for the TAMIU College of Business, the LCC Citizen Advisory Board, and the Laredo Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
