DIALOGUE: RANCHER & USBP EXCHANGE CORRESPONDENCE
USBP & Ranchers
" Exchange Salvos on BP's
invasive practices"

Here's the exchange in full between LareDOS and USBP Agent Montie Guthrie. When LareDOS ran a story in May 2001 about an exchange with USBP, the long-winded Agent Guthrie rushed to the defense of his agency with a long missive fired from the hip followed by a retraction, sort of.
There was peace in the land.

When LareDOS publisher Maria Eugenia Guerra expressed displeasure at agents on her property on Christmas Eve and did so in an opinion piece in LareDOS, Agent Guthrie lobbed an eight-pager at LareDOS, retracting his retraction.
