Local artists participate in Laredo Art League's All Member Show

The Laredo Art League recently hosted its annual Fall All Member Show. Twenty-six artists participated, entering works in six categories. Cash prizes were awarded to the first-place winners in each classification and to the piece judged best in show. Two new accolades were added this year, the Mayor's Award and the People's Choice. Jurors for the show were Eva Solis, Linda Vera, Ernesto Guajardo, and Armando Hinojosa.

Best of Show went to Jesus Raúl Alexander for his Talento Prematuro. Mayor Betty Flores bestowed the Mayor's Award on Adriana Arispe, while Raquel Quiroga received the People's Choice Award.
