The Medicine Man column I recently read entitled “El Maguey, source of food and medicine” regarding the agave is really a well-written and informative piece. I really enjoyed this article.
I have been a student of la cocina mexicana for many years and and I am really appreciative of such a well-written piece. I have over 73 books in Spanish and English, and none comes close to the information written on the agave that your author has presented in this one piece.
