To the editor:
I discovered your website during a search for miel de maguey , a bottle of which I had recently bought in Cozumel , Mexico , when on a search for honey. It's more like molasses than honey!
You provided a wealth of information on herbal remedies and plant nutrition, both topics which fascinate me. Very nicely assembled and organized. I enjoyed reading the material, and stand informed on their content. It's a pity we put so much emphasis on non-traditional alopathic medecines these days and are losing the precious wisdom of plant medicines from different countries.
I come from India (and am also part French-Belgian), where my Indian grandmother had all kinds of food and herbal remedies for ailments, versus the techno sort. They worked! When we had a fever, she would cover us with blankets till we broke a sweat, and the raised temperature, despite the discomfort, served to inhibit the growth of the bug due to the inhospitable host conditions, and so, without any medicine, the cure was achieved. Of course, you cannot do this for extremely high temperatures or serious illnesses. I learned a lot from her. No one argued with her brand of logic and experience, because invariably, the ill person under her care would recover rapidly. Nowadays, we put our faith in some young graduate from medical school who has no nutritional coursework, and no wisdom or experience. They are simply pill pushers for the drug companies. It's all so wrong and out of balance.
So, again, thanks for the wonderful, detailed, and anecdotal information in your website. I gained valuable insights!

Dear Meg & Tom,
Thanks for your continued suport of our school. We appreciate your coverage of our first-ever Thanksgiving Tasting Tea. The article in LareDOS was great. We had over 200 in attendance and raised $4,000 for tuition assistance. Thank you once again for helping publicize our schools event!
