Due to a muddy bowl basin at North Central Park the actual festivities, games and vendors for the 9th Annual Spring Break Kite Festival will be held at the International Street Entrance Area of North Central Park. The Kite Festival is still on and will start at the same time — 12:00 noon until 7:00 p.m. There will be a shuttle bus from the Wal-Mart on Loop 20 & International.
